Well gang, it’s the most wonderful time of the year: the day immediately after the Oscars. One of our programs here on the Over Easy Airwaves, Zeitguys! With Nick and Matt, will occasionally do episodes on major events: your Supers Bowl, your major elections, stuff like that. Our first of these current events episodes is an Oscar Spectacular!
When Matt and I sat down to watch the Oscars in my apartment yesterday, we had no idea that everything would get monumentally fucked up in the way it did. We just thought there’d be some pretty dresses, and Jimmy Kimmel would make some mildly entertaining gags at the expense of celebrities. These things happened, of course, but it also got weird. And you know that we here at Over Easy Airwaves love the weird and wacky, so it became imperative for us to get this out right away!
We rushed our cute little butts into the studio to immediately record, edit, and release this dang thing. We hope you all enjoy it! Matt and I had a lot of fun making it.
